Research on the Strategy of Preservation and Utilization of Cultural Relics--Take the former site of the training institute for skilled workers in Nanman Army Arsenal as an example

The former site of the Training Institute for Skilled Persons in Nanman Army Arsenal is located on campus Dadong Vocational College Shenyang, and it fifth batch cultural relics protection units announced by Shenyang. Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction to “old site” buildings, then summarizes existing diseases buildings means on-site investigation engineering surveying mapping. Adhering tenet “utilization best protection”, focuses principles strategies utilization so that can be well repaired historical information values better protected.
